New Year Dilemma

I started my new year with a BIG DILEMMA. I am really really really frustrated, lost my faith, pissed off n other mixes of feeling along the way, with the existing system @ my workplace. I am really fed up with all the butt kissers and the selfish group of people...it just ruined my day...even a cup of steaming hot coffee cannot cast away this horrible feeling of mine...what to do?
